工程项目管理是公司受业主的委托，作为业主代表对工程建设进行专业化的管理服务，根据业主需要可以为业主提供工程前期策划、报批、报建、招投标控制以及工程及设备材料采购管理、工程施工阶段管理服务，并对所承担任务完成的成果负责。
工程前期服务：
配合报批、报建进行设计协调、配合施工招标、办理临时设施及施工许可证申请等手续。
工程采购服务：
产品询价、设备材料采买、催交、检验、运输及仓库管理。
工程施工管理服务：
工序管理、进度管理、质量管理、技术管理、安全管理、环境管理、沟通协调管理、设备材料管理、成本费用管理、风险管理、信息管理、收尾管理。
