  工程前期服务:
  配合报批、报建进行设计协调、配合施工招标、办理临时设施及施工许可证申请等手续。
  工程采购服务:
  产品询价、设备材料采买、催交、检验、运输及仓库管理。
  工程施工管理服务:
  工序管理、进度管理、质量管理、技术管理、安全管理、环境管理、沟通协调管理、设备材料管理、成本费用管理、风险管理、信息管理、收尾管理。
